Soft Pastel Color Studio does not collect, transmit, share, or sell any personal data.

WHAT THE APP STORES
Everything the app remembers stays on your device, inside the app's own storage:

• pictures chosen by the user and copies kept with saved projects;
• saved studies, including colors, pastel ranges, and numbers;
• the collection of pastels marked as owned;
• small preferences, such as recently used colors.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Soft Pastel Color Studio does not store any user data on external servers. All app data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app data. Because no user data is transmitted to or stored by us, there is no personal data for us to delete on your behalf.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

• No accounts and no sign-in
• No analytics, tracking or advertising
• No third-party services or software development kits
• No internet connection is required or used for the app's work; your pictures never leave your device

CAMERA AND PHOTOS

If the user chooses a picture or takes a new one, the device’s system photo picker or camera handles that request. The app uses the resulting picture only on the device to sample colors and build palettes. It does not upload the picture.

CHILDREN

The app is an art reference tool for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.

CHANGES

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
